Please complete the following application to be considered for inclusion in the Hamilton Winterfest 2021 roster. You will be contacted within two weeks of your application submission with confirmation of your inclusion.

    Please submit images for promotional purposes. Please note that you must have the right to use this image to promote your event. Photos from past events or copyright free images work best. The required assets include:

    1. One image that represents your event, but excludes your organization's branding (scale close to 800px x 600px).

    2. A branded poster / image - if you have one that you want us to use on your event page.

    3. Your organization's logo in PNG format in high resolution.

    4. If you don’t have an image that represents your event and would like Winterfest to select one on your behalf, please let us know. yes
