Explore the city above the city! The Winterfest HUB brings the rooftop plaza of Jackson Square to life at night with remarkable light creations by local artists, and a series of FREE events that are not to be missed.

Feature Installation
OONA THE OCTONAUT FEATURE: Oona is in some way connected to the space craft that has crashed into Jackson Square. This massive chromatophore stands 30 feet tall and has piles of 60-foot-long tentacles that span across the rooftop plaza.
