Getting to the Winterfest HUB & POP

The Hamilton Winterfest HUB & POP are located at Jackson Square in downtown Hamilton. Getting here is super easy and accessible for everyone!

  • Grab a bike or scooter from any of the locations across the city and make your way to 100 King Street West – Jackson Square. There are lock up stations located at King Street, King William, York and Bay Streets, and in the Downtown BIA at Gore Park.

  • Take the HSR from anywhere in Hamilton to the Frank A. Cook Terminal or Stop 1089. Cross the street to Jackson Square and you’re here!

  • Drivers from East (Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga and beyond) take the QEW West to the York Boulevard exit. Follow York to Bay Street where you will see the FirstOntario Centre. This block contains the FirstOntario Centre, Hamilton Public Library, Hamilton Farmers Market and Jackson Square. There are parking lots and garages surrounding this block, including underground parking at Jackson Square.

    Drivers from West (Grimsby, Niagara, US Border) take the QEW East to Hamilton and exit at the Red Hill Valley Parkway. Continue on the Red Hill Valley Parkway to King Street. Exit at King Street and follow it to downtown Hamilton. Jackson Square is located at King and James, and the entrance to the underground parking is located on the right just West of King/James intersection.

Winterfest POP!

Winterfest POP is located inside Jackson Square at 100 King Street. We’re right across the hall from TD Bank, Laura Secord Chocolate and Maverick Hair Studio. Follow the POP floor markers to reach the exhibition.

Winterfest HUB

Winterfest HUB is on the rooftop plaza of Jackson Square. You can access the rooftop via the stairways at King/James, King William, King / MacNab, Bay Street and York Blvd. You can also reach the rooftop from inside the mall via the escalators in the central food court, and elevators at the 110 King Street entrance.
